Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, unless they have been moved to packing. Orders that are already under the packing process cannot be canceled.

Refunds: Refunds are processed promptly upon successful cancellation and verification of the non-dispatch status of the package. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
