Shipping Responsibility & Risk Policy

Wholesale Agrico – A Brand of Towncraft Agrico Pvt Ltd

At Wholesale Agrico, we strive to facilitate a seamless transaction between plant producers and buyers. We understand that many of our plant orders involve large volumes and multiple sourcing locations, which makes the logistics aspect crucial. This policy outlines our role and responsibilities in the shipping process and clarifies the risk liabilities associated with transporting live plants.

Shipping Arranged by Buyer (Preferred Method)

We strongly recommend that buyers arrange shipping and transportation of the plants directly through a logistics provider of their choice. Since the buyers are often better informed about their preferred routes, transport partners, and timing, this method allows them full control over the shipment process.

When buyers arrange the transport:

  • Buyers are responsible for coordinating pickup and delivery with our team.
  • Our team will support in packing and preparing the plants for handover.
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the plants post-handover.

Shipping Arranged by Wholesale Agrico (Optional Support)

If a buyer is unable or unwilling to arrange shipping, Wholesale Agrico can arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer, on written request. This service is offered purely as a support mechanism and is not an obligation.

When we arrange the shipping:

  • Plants may be dispatched from multiple sourcing locations, depending on availability.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated separately and billed to the buyer.
  • We will coordinate with transport providers to ensure proper packing and handling.
  • All shipping-related risk and liability remains with the buyer.

We do our best to pack and handle plants carefully, but due to the nature of live plants and the complexity of transit (climate, delays, handling by third-party couriers), we do not assume responsibility for any damage, delay, or loss once the plants have been handed over to the transporter.
