Terms & Conditions

Wholesale Agrico – A Brand of Towncraft Agrico Pvt Ltd


1. Nature of Business

Wholesale Agrico is a wholesale distribution platform under Towncraft Agrico Pvt Ltd, dealing exclusively in bulk plant sales across India and overseas. We serve nurseries, commercial developers, government departments, exporters, and institutional clients. Our operations are strictly business-to-business (B2B) and not intended for retail or individual buyers.


2. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

  • All orders are considered final once confirmed and scheduled for sourcing and packing.
  • Due to the live and perishable nature of plants, no cancellations are permitted once the order has been confirmed or processing has begun.
  • 100% advance payment is mandatory for both national and international buyers. Orders will only be processed after the full payment is received and confirmed.
  • For bulk or custom orders, sourcing begins immediately after payment; hence, payments are non-refundable once procurement has started.

3. Order Confirmation and Availability

  • Orders are processed only after receipt of full advance cleared payment and verification of plant availability across sourcing centers.
  • In rare situations where a confirmed plant variety becomes unavailable post-payment, adjustments will be made in consultation with the buyer, or a refund will be processed for that item.
  • Any refunds in such cases will be limited to the value of the unavailable product only, not the entire order.

4. Quality Assurance & Buyer Verification

  • Wholesale Agrico guarantees that plants are healthy, well-rooted, and commercial-grade at the time of dispatch.
  • Buyers may choose to physically inspect the plants before shipping or request photos/videos for remote verification.
  • Once the buyer confirms quality and dispatch is approved, no further claims or disputes will be entertained regarding plant condition, size, or appearance.

5. Return Policy

  • Due to the logistical complexity and perishability of plants, returns are strictly not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Once the plants leave our premises—whether via buyer-arranged pickup or third-party transport—the buyer assumes full responsibility for their care and handling.
  • No return or replacement requests will be considered after dispatch.

6. Shipping Responsibility & Risk

  • Buyers are strongly advised to arrange their own transport, ensuring full control over pickup, transit conditions, and delivery timelines.
  • If requested, Wholesale Agrico may assist in arranging logistics on behalf of the buyer, but:
    • The entire shipping risk remains with the buyer.
    • Wholesale Agrico is not liable for any delays, damage, loss, or environmental impact during transit.
  • Our team ensures professional packing, moisture control, and safe handover, but cannot control third-party logistics.

7. International Shipments

  • 100% advance payment is required for all international shipments—without exception.
  • Buyers are responsible for complying with Customs Duties, Import Taxes, quarantine checks, and legal requirements in the destination country.
  • In the event of customs rejection, inspection delay, or loss, Wholesale Agrico bears no responsibility.
  • Required documents (e.g., Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List) can be provided on request, at additional cost and subject to processing time.

8. Product Variation

  • Plants, being natural products, may vary slightly in height, foliage, branching, and color.
  • Such variation is normal and does not qualify for complaint or refund.
  • Similarly, organic mixes or growing media may vary slightly in weight due to seasonal moisture; the packed weight at dispatch is final.

9. Environmental Factors & Handling

  • Once delivered, buyers must immediately unbox and shift the plants to appropriate growing conditions.
  • Wholesale Agrico will not be liable for any plant deterioration due to delays in unboxing, improper care, extreme weather, or storage at the buyer’s location.

10. Legal & Ethical Responsibility

  • Wholesale Agrico maintains professional, transparent business practices and expects the same from buyers.
  • Public defamation or misinformation regarding orders covered under agreed terms may lead to legal action.
  • Concerns must be addressed via direct communication for resolution.

11. Certificates & Documentation

  • On prior request, we can provide the following certificates:
    • Phytosanitary Certificate
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Packing List
  • Additional charges apply per document. All requests must be placed at the time of order, and processing may take additional time based on regulatory timelines.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • All transactions and agreements shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • The exclusive legal jurisdiction for any dispute shall lie with the competent courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

By placing an order with Towncraft Wholesale Agrico, the buyer agrees to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions, including the requirement of 100% advance payment, acceptance of shipping risks, and compliance with documentation and regulatory policies.
